My journey with Supriya and Smita started in the form of marathon training, Where they flipped my training routine and introducet me to better breathing techniques and craved my stamina at the age of forty-eight something I never got a podium finish but their guidance propelled me to two back-two-back podium finishes. After following the diet plan you suggested my blood sugar level which was mostly high due to hyperglycemia, came back to normal without any medications or any heavy workouts. I developed PCOS too and the symptoms were getting worse by time but just by eating clean ,the PCOS is now under control and will surely be cured with time without any medicines or medical procedure involved.

I began working out Smita and Supriya over 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with a rare form of migraine that causes chronic headaches, neck pain and constant fatigue. After trying various medications and alternative methods I had started believing I would never get better. Then a dear friend (who also suffered from a chronic nervous system disorder and had benefitted from training with them) recommended I train with Form First.
When I began I had no strength and no confidence. But Smita and Supriya took a step by step approach to strength building, making it possible for me to grow steadily without losing motivation or facing any major pain flare ups. They are very understanding of the struggles of a person in pain but also know when and where to push you. Thanks to them, I have learnt how to manage my pain and to move past it to become stronger than I have ever been. For this, I am forever grateful.

I have been training with Supriya since last four years now. What has kept me with her is not only her knowledge in the field of health, and fitness but how she has managed to make me do things which I didn’t think were possible. I went to her with a severe backache, my work is such that it requires sitting for a long time. She offered her rehabilitation services, and therapeutic technique, and my backache is gone forever.
A good example being, I don’t like Cardio but love weightlifting. She has made a unique workout for me which gives the effect of Cardio but is just weightlifting.
Last but not the least, I hated the word ‘diet’ and always thought it was fancy food, but she made me realize that it is just about making better choices. I got used to eating salad, paneer, and drinking green juices.
